Dave Matthews Band saxophonist, LeRoi Moore passed away August 19th, 2008 from complications related to his ATV accident. His spirit continues to be celebrated by those who knew him and heard his music. He is missed...

Hi all..it's been a great year so far and i want to thank everyone for coming to the shows and to my fellow stage mates for their inspiration and to the entire DMB crew for doing what they do so incredibly well. It's an honor to share space with all these folks.

November 11-14, the Mu'tet will be touring with Jeff Sipe - drums, Felix Pastorius (Jaco's son) - bass, Bill Fanning - trumpet, and Bobby Lee Rogers - guitar. We have a couple dates opening for Tim Reynolds and TR3 and we are looking forward to that! We had a nice run in Oct. THANKS to everyone who came out. Nov. 21 - DMB performs on SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE!

In December I will be touring with Bela Fleck & the Flecktones playing some of the craziness from the "Jingle All the Way" CD that came out last year. If you are into holiday music, don't miss this one! The throatsinging group Alash will be with us on this tour again and if you have not heard someone produce 2 or 3 notes with a single human voice before, this is your chance. They will blow your mind! (This CD won a Grammy for Best Pop Instrumental Recording last year.)

New Years Eve brings me back to Chicago for what has become an annual bash with my good friends Umphrey's Mcgee. We have a great time every year and I am looking forward to more fun times with da boyz.

2010 (wow, so soon!?!?!) brings me back to Jam Cruise (january 3-8) where I will be a roaming guest  - sitting in with various groups and workng on my tan. The Mu'tet will be doing some touring as well in January along with some clinics so keep your ears and eyes open for those dates...they are coming soon.

DMB heads to Europe for a month Feb. 12 - March 13. We had a great time in '09 and I am looking forward to going back.
